Slender denim and skinny jeans were also big hits.

Dior Homme's style influenced designers around the world, created a trend and was featured in many magazines in Japan. This momentum continues to this day. In 2007, Slimane resigned as Dior Homme's artistic director, despite his illustrious achievements.

In April 2007, Kris Van Assche was announced as the creative director of Dior Homme. Although he was whispered about by Sriman's resignation, Dior Homme continues to grow to this day, partly due to Ash's success.
